Molly Monday! A piggies reunion!

Do you remember when I introduced to you to my fellow bully buddy Molly?? If you missed that post you can check it out here.

Well my humom and Molly’s hudad organized a playdate for us!

I was trying to be patient while waiting for them to get here.

Is that her??? Oh…I guess not…

When Molly finally got here it was like time had never passed and we were up to our usual chasing and wrestling. You can hear the snorting when we play, that’s why they call us Piggy and Piglet. My humom really likes it when I get to play with other bully breeds because we have the same play style. Sometimes in the forest when I try to play with other dogs, their humans get scared because they are not familiar with my kind of wrestling play style. Bully breeds tend to be more playful with our mouths, and though it may look vicious it’s really not!

We played for 2.5 hours!!! We did have to take a few breaks but we could have played all afternoon!

If you think I have a long tongue, Molly’s tongue is much longer! BOL!

Taking a break! Even though it was in the early evening, it was still quite hot!

Usually when I’m playing with Wilhelmina I’m always chasing her but when I play with Molly she always chases me!

The humans decided that it was time to go home because they knew we would just continue taking short breaks and start playing again and again well into the night!

I passed out right when we got home!

Hope everyone is having a good Monday! See you again soon!

This looks so much like Lucy and Riley playing, even the same color coats. But Riley gets tired out much easier at 7 years old. Maybe Molly can come over to play more often. They sure did have fun, and the day ended happy.

That is pawfectly normal play for all dogs, but there are many folk who do not understand this and do not even permit their pups to interact this way, thus altering the natural dog socialising… what a great time you and Molly had!!! Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx

YES I 100% agree with you!!! It’s such a shame when the humans pull back the dog and keep walking and don’t let the dog play. You can see the panic in their eyes even though the dogs are just playing!

Looks like you and Molly had a great play date. I’m impressed that you played like that for 2.5 hours. No wonder you were all tired out at the end of the day. Hope you get to get together again soon.
